Its nightlife defies all comparison, whereas its numerous pagodas, kinetic markets, including the famed floating bazaars, opulent palaces, one-of-its kind street food and other luring tourist attractions, all make for great family trips.

There is more to Bangkok nights that it seems

Bangkok is best known as the nightlife capital of Asia. But there is more tourist attractions to nocturnal Bangkok than that. If you’ve already sampled mouth-watering street food in bustling China Town, took vespertine boat trips along the majestic Chao Praia, or joined tuk-tuk races, and danced on famous Khao San Road, you may wish for something more romantic. Then, go for a night walk.

 

 

Cross the Chao Praia River by Phra Pokklao bridge and head to Thailand’s largest flower market, Pak Khlong Talat . Ayuthaya, one of the best tourist attractions for one day trips

The ancient capital of Siam, as Thailand was previously known, is one of the best tourist attractions in Thailand. Located about an hour’s ride from Bangkok, it can be reached not only by train, motor-bike, bus, or taxi, but also on scenic boat and minivan one day trips.

The one day trips start at  Central Bangkok, and end at the outskirts of the town; on your round trips you can see a myriad of Buddhist temples, which can take weeks if visited separately. After a short minivan ride, you will find yourself in ancient Ayuthaya. Its pristine nature, scenic river, marvelous monasteries, and other prime tourist attractions all lend a great backdrop for family trips or romantic stroll.
